Cover Letter & Resume Workshop
The Office of Field Service is hosting an hour-long virtual workshop. The workshop will discuss tailoring your resume/cover letter to your Clinton School experience and will help you navigate the guides and examples that will be available to you in a Students Resources folder. We will also welcome a guest speaker, Career Specialist, Michelle Marshall. Topics will include writing resumes and cover letters, developing accomplishment statements, different format types, and how to make appointments for one on one editing help.

The SGA Community Relations Committee Presents: Grateful Harvest, A Friendsgiving Forum on Food Security
This holiday season, the SGA Community Relations Committee invites all current students, faculty, and staff to come together over a festive meal and shared purpose.
Think of Friendsgiving with a twist!
Join us for Grateful Harvest on Wednesday, November 20th at Sturgis Hall from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We look forward to welcoming The Arkansas Food Bank (AFB) and CSPS Community Leaders to discuss innovative ways to address food insecurity through grassroots organizing, art, and activism. This is our first official community service event, and we kindly ask that you bring two non-perishable items to help us launch our holiday food drive! Check out AFB's list of most needed items.
Food will be provided and if you would like to contribute to the dessert potluck, please indicate what you would like to bring below.

Dia de Muertos
Downtown Little Rock will celebrate its fourth official Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) celebration hosted by the Central Arkansas Library System, Downtown Little Rock Partnership, Plaza Frida, and Mexican Consulate of Little Rock. The event will feature authentic Mexican food, drinks, music, and traditional Day of the Dead customs and paraphernalia. As is the hallmark of Day of the Dead celebrations, the event will feature a handmade, seven-layer-tall altar (ofrenda) to honor the souls of loved ones who have passed before us. The public is invited to bring photos of their loved ones and/or an altar offering in their loved one’s honor. There are multiple volunteer opportunities currently available. Volunteers will receive a raffle ticket to win a gift basket. To sign up for a volunteer shift, please email Polly Deems, pdeems@cals.org.
